La Marzocco Coffee Machines

We supply and support La Marzocco espresso machines for cafés and businesses across London, as part of an ongoing coffee partnership, not a one-off equipment sale. Alongside the machine, you get installation, barista training, and a coffee programme built around your menu.

Benefits of a La Marzocco Coffee Machine vs Other Brands

So why choose a La Marzocco machine? There are so many other brands who specialise in espresso machines. Firstly, you can’t beat their build quality. La Marzocco possess a real pedigree and these machines have been handmade and tested for decades. This image brings one of the powerful benefits. La Marzocco machines carry this impressive reputation and ultimately the impact this has on your customers’ perception of your coffee.

In our shop and in our training room we use the Linea Classic. We love its linear design and clean lines and it is really easy to get it custom painted!

The double boiler provides unparalleled temperature and pressure stability for continuous espresso brewing and continuous steam production. The PID controller allows you to easily control the espresso brewing temperature. This and small touches like the stainless steel portafilters and the precision baskets help to improve your cup quality and consistency.

The keypad with digital shot timer is really useful to monitor the extraction time. The tall legs also allow you to have extra room underneath the machine (you can fit take away cups and milk jugs.) All these technologies mentioned above allow real accuracy when brewing your coffee.

The machines also use stainless steel parts in place of the poorer quality copper parts chosen by other manufacturers. Steel holds heat much more effectively and is much stronger. So it is not only longer-lasting and at low risk of degradation or wear; but is also very easy to maintain. It holds onto nothing that is left in its system, keeping your espresso coffee taint-free consistently.

They also have unmatched local support, and they take customer service very seriously. They want the best for you and your experience of their machines and brand. So if anything goes wrong with your machine you know great support is in close by.

We’re based at our roastery in Croydon, which puts us within easy reach of cafés across South London, Surrey and the wider M25. That means we can be on site for installation, dial in your espresso with our beans once we’re your coffee supplier, and get to you quickly when something needs attention — rather than routing you through a national call centre.

If you would like to know more about La Marzocco machines, contact us today! We love talking about coffee and we’d be happy to tell you about our La Marzocco coffee equipment leasing programe. These machines will help your baristas take their coffee to the next level.

We’re a wholesale coffee supplier so not only can we give you great equipment and training, we can supply you with some great tasting coffee beans roasted locally by us.

La Marzocco machines — FAQs

Do I have to buy my coffee from you?

We mainly supply La Marzocco machines to businesses who buy their coffee through us. It’s how we’re able to offer the ongoing maintenance and support below, and it means we can tailor training and service around beans we know inside out.

It depends on your covers per day and workflow rather than budget alone — get in touch and we’ll talk through your site and volumes rather than sell you more machine than you need.

Yes — installation includes plumbing in and water treatment setup, and we dial in your espresso with our beans once we’re your coffee supplier. Barista training is built around your menu.

Finance is available for limited companies. We also offer rental, with a minimum 12-month term. We’re happy to talk through which option — buy, finance or rental — suits your business.

Yes, with a minimum term of 12 months. It’s a good fit if you’d rather have servicing and breakdown cover built into a fixed monthly cost.

Every machine comes with a 12-month parts warranty, plus one free call-out for labour within that first year.

As long as we’re your main coffee supplier, your machine is covered by our ongoing maintenance and support package. See below for what’s included.

Once we’re your main coffee supplier, this covers you for as long as that relationship continues:

  • Water filtration — we recommend Brita systems with flow meters, and check filter status every 8–10 months. Call-outs to do this are free in Greater London; you only pay for the filter cartridge itself.
  • Free servicing with every filter change — each visit includes a front-end machine service, a grinder check, and an espresso taste optimisation, so the machine’s dialled in every time we’re out.
  • Repairs — internal call-outs are free (excluding spare parts). We keep spare grinders available so you’re not left without one during a swap. For bigger issues outside our scope, we can bring in third-party engineers, at an additional charge.

No. We don’t tie you into a fixed-term coffee contract — we’d rather earn your business every order by being good to work with. The maintenance and support package below applies for as long as we’re your main coffee supplier.
