Which one is the right subscription for me?
We offer flexible options so you can build a subscription that perfectly fits your needs:
Subscription Type
- Ongoing Subscription — Best for regular, automatic deliveries. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.
- Fixed Term / Gift Subscription — Choose a set period (3, 6, or 12 months). Great for gifting or trying us out for a fixed time.

How do I pause and resume my subscription?
You can easily Pause your subscription following these steps.
- Log into your Account
- Click My Subscription from the menu on the left
- Select the subscription you want to manage
- Under Actions, click Suspend.
To resume:
- Go back to My Subscription
- Click Resume
Your subscription will continue on its original billing schedule. For example, if your renewal is due on 7 July, resuming on 6 July or 9 July will not change the date — it will still renew on 7 July.
Need coffee sooner? Click Renew Now to generate your next order immediately without changing your regular renewal schedule.
How do I anticipate my subscription order?
You can bring your next delivery forward if you’re running low:
- Log into your Account
- Go to My Subscription
- Select the subscription you want to manage
- Click Renewal Now
How do I postpone my next subscription order?
You can’t currently postpone a subscription order to a specific future date. Instead, you’ll need to pause your subscription before the next order is created. When you’re ready, you can resume it at any time, and your subscription will continue on the same billing cycle from where it left off.
Can I cancel my coffee subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so:
- Go to your Account
- Open Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to manage
- Click Cancel
Can I switch my subscription?
Yes, if you are happy to receive the same coffee, you can change grind method and size. To do so:
- Go to your Account
- Open Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to manage
- Click Switch Subscription
If you want to change coffee, you’ll have to cancel (or pause) your current subscription and start a new one.
Can I add other items to my current subscription or to a new subscription?
No — each subscription is for a single item only and must be kept as its own order. If you’d like to purchase additional products, you’ll need to place a separate order.
What happens if my renewal order takes place during a bank holiday/Christmas period?
Your subscription will remain active as normal. If a renewal falls on a bank holiday or during the Christmas period, we’ll process it on the next working day. If you need coffee sooner, you can either Renew Now to bring your next order forward, or place a separate manual order at any time.
Can I start more than one subscription at the same time?
Subscriptions must be set up individually. You can have as many active subscriptions as you need, but each one needs to be created and managed separately.
Can I amend my subscription order once the renewal order is confirmed?
Once your renewal order has been confirmed, it can no longer be amended. If you need to make changes, you’ll need to adjust your subscription before the renewal is processed or contact us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I amend my address or personal details?
Yes. You can update your details in your account by following these steps:
- Go to My Account
- Click Addresses on the left-hand menu
- Select the address you want to update (billing or shipping)
- Edit your personal details
- Edit your details and save the changes
