  • UK Mainland shipping cost: standard rate of £2.95 with Royal Mail 48, or £4.50 with Royal Mail 48, or £6.50 with DPD Tracked - including VAT; free delivery with Royal Mail 24 on orders above £30. All orders over £30 and over 2Kg will be sent with DPD Tracked with no shipping fees. Delivery included on subscription plans. Delivery to other locations may vary, see prices at checkout.
  • Same day shipping on all coffee orders made by 12pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed between Friday afternoons and Sundays are shipped on Mondays. Please note that during busy times (e.g. festive seasons) delivery might take a bit longer.
  • Pick-up orders will be notified when ready (typically within 1 working day) and will need to be collected within 7 days.
