The coffee that we often use at home to make flat white or espresso. You know you've brewed it right when its distinctively sweet marzipan notes come out singing. Its' a brew that can also be enjoyed with a moka pot or French press
We enjoy mostly brewed with a cafetière, Aeropress and moka pot, but give this flexible bean a try with every brewing method and the results will be nicely consistent.
This is a fun espresso for more experienced coffee fans. Try experiment with a high dose and a long extraction. Medium body, bright and complex. We enjoy it the most when made in small milky drinks like a flat white or piccolo.
Swiss water processed, which avoids the use of any chemicals and it is good for the environment. Very clean, medium to high body, tasting like chocolate, caramel, with a hint of liquorice. Organically grown.
The darker roast in our range, it makes a full bodied and thick espresso. We enjoy this coffee mainly as an espresso after dinner with a digestif, or in a larger latte or cappuccino. This coffee is quite forgiving and can give great results when brewed with a domestic espresso machine.
Our bag of delicious, random surprises. Made up with the leftover but not overlooked, beans that we don’t want to go to waste. This blend comes from test roastings and green beans surplus, so it's naturally limited in stock and availability. More suitable for filter coffee. Create a great tasting cup of coffee with a great purpose behind it too!
For us, this coffee is more about the flavour than the body, so we tend to brew it as a filter. If you're feeling adventurous and fancy strong, boozy and fermented notes it can be fun brewed as an espresso as well.
