MANOR BORN
As a pour-over, we get to experience the lighter side of this coffee’s elegant flavours, and delicately floral afterglow; as an espresso however, it comes forth with all its richness. This is a coffee that inspires within us a feeling of elegance either way, full of sugary smooth notes from hot to cold, and we really can’t decide which way to brew it – so we often settle for both!

LEARN MORE
Coope Dota offer this womens only lot selected from their members in Santa Maria de Dota. They have just under 300 female members who came together to create their own coffee in 2023.
Cherries are delivered ripe (around 23 Brix) to the receiving station as is the norm in Costa Rica. There is a separate section to enable separation and traceability.
Coffee is then rested for 24 hours before pulping via a demucilager.
The beans are then spread out on a specific concrete patio for sun drying, and raked 7-8 times per day.
