BRISBANE ESPRESSO
Modestly named after the hometown of our friend ‘Matt Tripleshot’, this coffee has been a staple profile in our range for a while… and there’s a reason! This single origin has a great deal of versatility: we enjoy the cocoa-heavy, malted cereal character it gets as an oat flat white, or the surprising complexity it offers when drunk as an espresso or on cafetière.

MORE ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Our family’s coffee story began in 1971 on a small farm in São Sebastião do Paraíso, where my grandparents started planting coffee while the whole family lived and worked on the land together. Over the years, my parents and uncles gradually expanded the farm, acquiring nearby properties and building on the experience passed down through generations. In 1988, I left to study, but soon returned to help on the farm and became fully involved in daily operations, learning first hand the responsibility and care required to produce quality coffee. As time went on, the family’s work evolved into a more established operation, always focused on consistency and long-term growth. Today, I manage three coffee farms producing Mundo Novo, Red Catuaí, and Yellow Catuaí, continuing a tradition shaped by family, commitment, and respect for the land.
